Getting a complaint from the BBB was basically exactly like getting a complaint directly from the customer. They're basically yelp that will also try to directly annoy the business you have a problem with.
Real Purity Roll On deodorant. This one doesn't have as many reviews and press as others, but the aggregate reviews on Amazon are pretty great, and it made it into the NYMag list. I like the idea of having something easier to apply than the Soapwalla paste that I will need to rub in.
Even though Amazon reviews have a huge proportion of fake entries or bribed entries (happened to me) there are sometimes gems of reviews that provide insight into a product's design weaknesses or strengths that only real world daily use would reveal.
Reported them to the FCC, the State, and the BBB was resolved within 36 hours. I continued my BBB complaint though (They tried to offer me free HBO if I dropped it, pretty sure that was illegal though now that I look back at it)
