All North Carolina real estate continuing education courses must be completed by June 10 of each annual license renewal period. NC REALTORS® is pleased to offer 4-hour online courses for CE credit through the Keynote Online Education Series and The CE Shop.
Basic Requirements. In order to renew your license on active status, you must complete eight (8) hours of continuing education (CE) during each July 1 to June 10 license period.
This is a current listing of all of our NC Real Estate Continuing Education classes. These classes are required to renew your NC Real Estate License each year.
Both designations and certifications are forms of real estate agent education that require real estate professionals to be active members of NAR. The difference between the two is that a designation requires annual dues, but a certification only requires an application fee without annual dues.
