Reason DAW Review . Reason 12 is the most recent version of the Reason DAW. Reason 12 added two new tools to Reason, Mimic (a sampler) and Combinator 2 (an update on a classic). Reason 12 also added the ability to use Reason in HD. You can read a more in-depth review of Reason 12 here.

There’s a brand-new browser, a completely upgraded sequencer, five new devices, some UI refreshes, and loads more sounds.
REASON You can get Reason in two ways: through Reason+ as a subscription or by purchasing a license for our latest version. Reason+ includes additional features, instruments, and effects, along with access to our legacy of hand-crafted sounds developed over the last 30 years.
19 Φεβ 2018 · And, of course, it’s now free from its self-contained shackles thanks to the much-heralded VST support from v9.5. Yay! Yet, for a major DAW update, it feels as though this instruments-only upgrade has fallen a little short of the mark in comparison to previous updates.
