30 Αυγ 2018 · We just thought it might be useful to start a thread full of diagrams and information, geared toward a Rebel Wire harness, but also including information about wiring in general. We'll be adding in information and diagrams as we go.
17 Ιουλ 2019 · To wire in hazards you can either use your old flasher and make a small harness to tie into the turn signal wiring and switch, or wire in another style flasher just for hazards. There's a lot of different ways to do it, that could probably be it's own write up!
Rebel Wire harnesses are all assembled in America from American made components. We use only heavy duty SXL wire and label each one every 6" then bundle them for easy installation. Each kit comes with easy to follow instructions and tech line information.
30 Αυγ 2018 · The power wire for the horn relay is 12ga, the trigger wire from the horn button and out to the horn is 14ga. I believe that’s it, and the other wires are the same gauge as the 12v kits, since we’re already heavier on some of those.
A FUSIBLE LINK IS A SHORT PIECE OF INSULATED LOW-VOLTAGE CABLE WITHIN AN AUTOMOTIVE WIRING HARNESS THAT IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT THE HARNESS IN APPLICATIONS WHERE A FUSE IS UNSUITABLE. IN AN EXTREME CURRENT OVERLOAD SITUATION, THE CONDUCTOR WITHIN THE LINK IS MELTED WHILE THE ENSUING FLAME AND SPARK IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE LINK'S INSULATION.
30 Αυγ 2018 · I used a rebel harness I got from @cball and when I couldn't figure out how to get my turn signals up and running I gave a call to the number on the instructions for technical help. To my utter amazement a person picked up the line and answered my question.
Kit comes with easy to use instructions for Chevy, Ford or Mopar installations, dash light wire, neutral safety switch wire, fusible link, 1 1/4″ rubber grommet for the firewall, 3 fuse block terminals and fuse block label. KIT INCLUDES BASIC AUTO ELECTRICITY BOOK.
