How to recall and/or replace an email message you sent by using Microsoft 365 and your built-in Exchange Server account.

10 Οκτ 2024 · Navigate to the “Sent Items” folder in your Outlook. Double-click the email you want to recall to open it in a new window. In the new window, go to the “Message” tab. Click on “Recall Message” in the ribbon. You’ll have two options: Delete unread copies of this message.
27 Απρ 2023 · Here's how you can try to recall an email in Outlook: Open your Sent Items folder and find the email you want to recall. Double-click on the email to open it. Select the "Message" tab at the top of the window. Click on the "Actions" button in the "Move" group.
