If you forgot your password or username, you can request a reset link by email. If you want to change your password or email, you can do it on the website or desktop software.
You’ll only need to remember one username and one password to access any of our products and brands available in your region. You’ll have one wallet and one account balance, so managing your deposit and withdrawal methods - plus any self-imposed limits or restrictions - is much easier.
