You'd also need to check and see if Steam-version used that same crap-tastic DRM (they didn't always do that for Steam-version) - b/c that might be the easier way to go, these days. And would be worth checking if the DRM did get removed officially by EA for Non-Steam versions (i.e. for Retail and/or Origin), to make life easy and all.
Control Center's Game Browser is now equipped with a simple replay parser which can display some match information such as date, game duration, map, and player list. It can also fix corrupted replays damaged by game crash.

In order to fix the issue with %CDKEY% (Issue 2) RA3.exe will need elevated privileges. Because the CD Key value is in the registry under HKLM which is write access protected. If you run the game via Steam, you may want to consider always running RA3.exe with elevated privileges.
20 Μαρ 2023 · I found the solution. Apparently you must set steam to run as administrator first before ever running it the first time you launch your pc. it worked after I restarted my pc then run steam first as administrator than run red alert 3 from C&C online menu.
