They mentioned in the patch notes for the latest update that they will no longer be supporting Windows 7 for the game. It "should" still run as usual but they won't fix any bugs that come up from what I understand.

Roles are like the "expansions" of Red Dead Online. Each one is purchased with Gold, the premium currency, but everything can be earned in game. You should be saving all of your gold for roles until you have all of them.
I am on pc, and I have already put in that bit of script that basically adds a password to the game directory, (you can find it with a google), as I know how bad Rockstar's security is.
