21 Ιουν 2020 · I read on Red Label Abrasive's website that high humidity can lead to quick grit loss, and living in SWFL it's very, very, very humid this time of year so maybe that's it. Anyways, now that I've blasted through my low grit belts and need to order more, I'm hoping you guys have some good suggestions.

3 Φεβ 2022 · Wombat Abrasives would be too soft and fuzzy for aggressive grinding. Could make an awesome surface conditioning belt, though. As for the original question, I sometimes wonder how many of these competing products are simply private labeling of the standard products from 3M, Norton, or the like.
Red label is good, combat abrasives are good. Go ceramic for up to 120 or 240. Much less heat, they strip metal for quite a long time. Combat Abrasives has a great 1x30 starter pack. I used them for a long time on my old 1x30.
Red Label Abraisives mostly. Very cost effective and long enough lasting. I've got some other belts I bought recently from Maker Material Supply and one is a Combat Abraisives shredder. It is extremely efficient and seems like it's going to last a long time.
