CringeAnarchy was a spinoff of cringe with fewer content restrictions, as you're aware. Cringe was already a subreddit that was at least partially about mocking people in socially unacceptable ways.
A pretty light example would be posts of old Nazi photos with the caption "Cringeanarchy mods at our weekly meetup," and so on. A much heavier example would be comments about Muslims being killed, or pictures of botched gender reassignment surgery.
Reddit has now decided what constitutes a threat and what doesn’t. So why shouldn’t they have to verify that people who are posting nudity on gonewild are doing so legally? Why aren’t they removing subs that instruct people how to break the law?
As of a few days ago, a few subreddits such as r/Cringetopia and r/Drama have started auto banning r/CringeAnarchy users in preparation for their ban. Here is the Cringetopia announcement as well as the Drama announcement .
