As far as I know you can't buy any movie or series digitally without drm. That's why when I buy movies I always do disc. You need a little bit of hardware but you can rip even up to 4K discs on a PC and reencode it to your heart's content.

Yes, you should. FO4 was made for mods. FO4 barely works without mods. FO5 isn't coming out for another decade at least. Modded FO4 is the best way to experience a remastered Fallout game. The ports of New Vegas, FO3 and FO76 will probably be out before FO5 is even officially announced.
