If that doesn't fix it, you should go into your GPU's control panel and make sure your resolution settings are 1920x1080 and the "full screen" box is ticked.
15 Μαρ 2019 · After multiple trial & error attempts, researching different forums with no resolve, i found a fix! I'm running on Windows 10 with display resolution of 1920x1080 (read below as the resolution will be different when changing it in your settings). - Make sure to do this on both Fallout4Prefs files then SAVE.
