I had adrenal fatigue since August 2021 and up to mid October my symptoms were constantly in a loop where I would feel better and then I would feel worse a few weeks after that. I took supplements religiously and took much time off work and meditated more or less 5 out of 7 days, sometimes I would have really long streaks of 20 consecutive days.
I just found out of adrenal fatigue today and all the symptoms fit me like a glove. My adrenal is tired so it won't produce and kind of neurotransmitters, messes up my cortisol and thus my blood sugar. The light-headed feeling all the time, the dizziness when standing up to fast or coming up from a crouch-position.
