  2. Look on the wiki and clear challenges that give you items. I would suggest challenges 2 (unlocks Jera), 9 (Chaos Card), 10 (Credit Card), 12 (Card Against Humanity), 15 (Swallowed Penny), 17 (Death's Touch), and 18 (Technology .5). These challenges give some of the most beginner-friendly items.

Meanwhile, Pay to Play and Have a Heart aren't that tough, but unlock new pills that you don't want. Computer Savvy is easy, but unlocks Robo-Baby 2.0, which isn't that good.

  6. yes you unlock something with each challenge, some things are game breaking, some arent great. you can look up what each challenge unlocks if you want and just do those. I recommend slow roll and computer savvy first, those are really easy.

  7. Challenges are special playthroughs where the player starts with a specific item or set up, and some limitation such as no Treasure Rooms or the Curse of Darkness for every floor. Upon completion of each challenge, the player unlocks a new item that can be found in the game, as well as unlocking a Steam achievement.
