In order to redeem your V-Bucks card, please follow the steps below. Please keep the receipt for the V-Bucks card purchase in case you run into any issues, as the receipt might be required for us to assist you. Go here and log in to your Epic Games account.
Go to https://www.epicgames.com/store or click here. Log in to your Epic Games account where you want to redeem your code, if you’re not logged in already. Hover your mouse over your name in the top right corner and click Redeem Code. Enter the code, and then click Redeem.
Redeem Code. The content will be bound to your Epic Games account forever, so make sure you sign in to the correct account when prompted. Redeem your product. Enter the product code distributed with a retail DVD or other Epic Games product code here.
