A Digit Span subtest (called as Reliable Digit Span, RDS) of WAIS was used to detect malingering. This study considered a score of 10% base rate as RDS cut-off score. Results
5 Απρ 2018 · Prior research has shown that cutoff scores of ≤6 or ≤7 on Reliable Digit Span (RDS) can detect suboptimal effort across numerous adult clinical populations; however, these scores have not been validated for that purpose in an adult epilepsy population.
Reliable Digit Span (RDS, the fourth most commonly reported test, consisting summed maximum forward and backward digit span) and the Rey 15-item test, are examples of ‘floor effect’ validity tests.
29 Ιουν 2015 · The Digit Span subtest requires test-takers to repeat strings of digits in forward order (forward digit span), as well as in reverse order (backward digit span). To calculate Reliable Digit Span, the maximum forward and backward span are summed, and scores below the cut-off point are associated with noncredible performance ( Greiffenstein et al ...

9 Ιουλ 2012 · Reliable Digit Spans (RDSs) were calculated and the Test of Memory Malingering (TOMM) was administered in the context of a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation. Using a previously published RDS cutoff of ≤6, a pass rate of only 65% was obtained, well below the recommended 90% pass rate for an effective effort index.
