30 Απρ 2013 · Remington Year of Manufacture Codes may be found on the barrel of your Remington rifle [or shotgun] on the left side, just forward of the receiver; the first letter of the Code is the month of manufacture, followed by one or two letters which are the year of manufacture.

Hello this was offered to me recently and it was quite the odd ball. the barrel is stamped USMC with the flaming grenade ordinance stamp and a “p” in a circle. The underside has S over S. The receiver has the ordinance stamp, USMC, the serial prefix is A with the suffix MK-1.
