edit: I just fixed the issue by downloading Reolink Client for windows. Entering IUD of NVR, logging into NVR, and updating firmware (following reolink instructions). This fixed the issue, and I am now able to access those settings.

30 Νοε 2022 · I just loaded the Reolink app on my new computer and both cameras popped up, but no connection. I have- reset everything - modem, switch, cameras and nothing. I can see the cameras IP address and they are not aligning with modem IP but not sure if that is an issue.
I am using windows 10 with the latest client to connect to my PoE cameras (which are in a remote location). Camera work fine - I can tell by using android reolink app (via wifi, so phone and computer use same internet connection) which works just fine.
