27 Απρ 2020 · Texas governor Greg Abbott’s office has issued a guide called Open Texas, which is available as a downloadable PDF. The booklet includes a section of Minimum Standard Health Protocols for restaurants to follow upon reopening, which is allowed on May 1 but with only 25 percent occupancy .
The Texas Restaurant Promise has been updated throughout the pandemic to align with federal and state guidance and best practices, many of which can be found here.
