Mean treatment duration was 16 days (range 7-41 days). No additional treatment was needed for complete leak resolution. Conclusions: "Replogle modified EVAC therapy" represents a promising and mini-invasive method to treat esophageal perforations and post-surgical leak in the paediatric age group.
