27 Νοε 2019 · Are you trying to request a controller replacement through the following support tool? https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/controllers/controller-warranty. If so I would also try using the form using different browsers and devices.
16 Ιουν 2024 · Knowing I could request for a replacement, I threw the damaged controller away and did not have the time to request for a replacement at that time. Now, when I am trying to request for one, Microsoft would ask for the serial number which I do not have it since the controller is thrown away.
