A new heaven and a new earth: The idea of a new earth, with a new atmosphere and sky is a familiar theme in the Scriptures. Many of the prophets, both Old and New Testaments, spoke of this new heaven and new earth .
Text: A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH. Revelation 21:1-27, Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and earth had ceased to exist, and the sea existed no more. And I saw the holy city—the new Jerusalem— descending out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband.
