To cancel your IELTS (Academic and General Training) test, please log in to the Test Taker Portal with your email address and password and click on the option 'Test and Results' that is located on the main menu. Submit a cancellation request and upload the supporting documentation/evidence.
Contact the test centre where you booked your test if you need to postpone or cancel. If you cancel or postpone your test more than 5 weeks before the test date, you will receive a refund minus an administration fee.
A. Cancellations. You can cancel your IELTS test registration at any time before taking your test by notifying your test centre. Refund policy is dependent upon when you cancel and whether exceptional circumstances apply. B. Transfers. You may change your test date at any time before the test.
The test taker can cancel an IELTS Online test at any point. Depending on circumstances, the IELTS partners will apply one of two actions: Cancel the test with no refund of test fee. Cancel the test and refund test fee in full. We do not charge administration fees for cancellations.
