The Revolution wheels feature 9 spoke trasnsitioning to 18 spoke design coupled with lightweight agility. The rim lip is back cut to reduce mass at the outer edges of the wheel for decreased rotational inertia and a reduction in unsprung weight.
All Revolution race wheels are made from a modified high magnesium prime version of LM25 (A356.2) aluminium alloy. Then we solution heat treat & age harden to give between 80 & 90 BHR. The rim thickness is machined to between 4.0 & 4.5mm depending on size & application.
The Revolution alloy wheels are most suited to the Classic car market and custom fit builder. Particularly this includes the Trike wheel customer who wants a deep dish wheel, but using 4 stud axles that are difficult to find wheels for.
