The lobby will be open one hour prior to the start of the concert. The hall itself opens at least 30 minutes prior to start.

Standard business hours are Monday through Friday – 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (excluding City of San Antonio holidays). Tickets for certain shows are available only at the Alamodome Box Office on the day of the event.

Box Office Overview. Location: 224 E Houston St. San Antonio, TX 78205; Hours: Thurs: Noon - 5pm; Fri: 10am – 5pm; Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun: Show dates only, open three hours prior to ticketed time. Shows with a start time of 1pm or earlier, open two hours prior to ticketed time.
Packages are for Friday or Saturday evening performances at 7:30pm at the First Baptist Church of San Antonio. Doors open 15 minutes before performances!
