Who can forget the 80's with big hair and braided ribbon barrettes? This tutorial shows how easy it is to bring back the ribbon barrettes to pull back the 2000's hair.
1. What we need: double bar barrettes, 2 colors of 1/8″ satin or grosgrain ribbon, a yard each. 2. With the barrette open, take 2 ribbons and slide them to the top. Have an even amount of ribbon on either side of the barrette. 3. take the first ribbon and weave both ends through the bars.
