To perform a right to work check in South Africa, the following documents can be accepted: Natural South African citizens. South African passport. National ID card. Foreign citizens. Work permit (scanned copy acceptable) Perm or temp residency permit (scanned copy acceptable) Asylum seeker or Refuge permit (scanned copy acceptable)
