You can set up call forwarding with an admin or user account. For an admin account, sign in to RingCentral, access your profile in the ‘Admin Portal’, navigate to ‘Users’, then ‘Manage Users’, select the extension you need then select ‘Call forwarding’ and ‘Voicemail’.
