3 Αυγ 2021 · Submit a ticket to Riot Support ASAP at this link. It will take you to the request submission page with 'Recover my account' already selected for you. Almost always, accounts that are hacked by someone you don't know will almost immediately be permanently banned by Riot, usually due to botting and sudden obvious IP changes.

They could easily check that it was a diffrent IP/location, but why bother when they already have my money:)) Had played since S1 and spent thousands, and lost it all...
K3L444. •. Hey, qick update, I got some of the emails after a few days with the date and time of when I requested the emails on the riot website. I figured it might just be an issue with my email since on another account connected to a gmail adress I get the verification numbers instantly.

22 Σεπ 2021 · My riot account's email was changed. I loaded up Valorant today to find my sensitivity/ friends list was deleted/ crosshair was changed. I went to change password, but the email linked is something I have never seen before in my life. I can't login to change my password because I need to secure code sent to that account.
2 Νοε 2023 · Update: Riot Support helped me, and i got my account back. Thanks y'all! I was scrolling in tiktok then i saw a free skin with the website valorant11. com. I tried to log in and it was nothing. Then i received an email that my email was changed. See attachment below.

Hopefully they'll get back to me, but since their entire support page had absolutely nothing about "I forgot my email address" I'm guessing it's likely that they ...
Ok-Bodybuilder8694. •. You will get your account back once you submit a ticket to the riot support team as long as you have access to the original email id that was use to create your riot account. The team usually responds the same day you submit your request. I was hacked today and I got my account back within 8 hours.
EDIT: I RECOVERED MY ACCOUNT, Initially i had raised a support ticket from my original mail, they mailed back askinh for some questions which included DOB, original summoner name, original email, the email i want it changed to, the date I created the account, Transaction codes for VP if any, Riot shop Access codes.
