21 Μαρ 2024 · Only unused in-game content and unused VP purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. In-game content counts as used once it's taken into a game: that means you've reached the loading screen of a match in any mode (including custom games or practice) with that content equipped.
If you use real money to purchase (1) Game Currency without spending any of that purchased Game Currency, or (2) unused refundable content, you can request a refund from Player Support within the first 14 days of purchase, except as otherwise legally required.
Reports and Penalties. Reporting disruptive players from your in-client Match History is the fastest, easiest way to get results: Select Career. Select your match. Select the player's name, then Report. Fill out the form and hit Submit.

11 Ιαν 2024 · Submit a ticket to Riot Games within 14 days for a cash refund of VP as long as it wasn't spent. Login to your Riot Games account to see if any unused, base level weapon skins can be refunded. Simply choose the skin you want a refund for and submit.
