I live at Riverwind and never had any bad experiences. Whenever I had any maintenance issues they were quick to fix it. I remember reading reviews before moving in and being a little worried but many of the off campus apartment complexes have bad reviews.
I just visit Riverwind the other day to find a place to stay next semester. The model room is very nice; however, they are a lot of 1 start review on Google map. They complain about bad services, bad facilities, etc.
I went to check this place out earlier in the week. The apartment was nice but def can’t find too many reviews. Any major complaints?
