Rivne (/ ˈ r ɪ v n ə /; Ukrainian: Рівне, IPA: ⓘ) is a city in western Ukraine. The city is the administrative center of Rivne Oblast , as well as the surrounding Rivne Raion (district created in the USSR) within the oblast.
