I purchase about $2500 in products to resale, and after receiving complaints of the material bleeding and tearing I requested an RMA for $600. They had the audacity to accuse me of bleaching their cheap product and then said if I return the items after fees I will only get $189.82.

RMF Scrubs I ordered a pair of scrubs and it was taking a long time for them to even ship it so I asked them to cancel my order and they refused. I called their 800 number and talked to someone who could barely speak English and the reception was horrible.
I did buy a pair of greys anatomy drawstring scrub pants which seemed like a better quality and comfier version of hospital scrubs. They were on sale for $9, I wouldn’t have bought them if they were over $20.
