11 Ιαν 2022 · I've got a Road Scholar trip for this spring to Belgium and Holland - have already done the Rick tour of this area but this is specialized on Art History of the area. I also have the Rick Steves Best of Italy scheduled for late September.
22 Οκτ 2019 · We just got back from the RS Greece tour and loved it! I will correct you though that we did do one island on our itinerary called Hydra. No cars on the island, everything by donkey and it was fabulous! We actually ran into a Road Scholar tour at our hotel Acropolis Select in Athens, but they had a male tour guide so different group I guess.

I had a great experience on my only Road Scholar biking trip in Virginia. The accommodations were at a Best Western, pleasant enough. An excellent bike outfitter provided bikes and a sag wagon for those who chose to ride some days.

Re: Road Scholar Trips. 1 year ago. your experience may have less to do with Road Scholar but more with the vendors hotels and meal service you encuntered. Travel came back much faster than anyone expected however the svc industry did not keep up.
