The player needs to be at least Lv. 1000 to enter the Cursed Ship and get this accessory. Ghoul Mask grants the user 10% (2.5% on NPCs) life leech on Melee attacks, 35% faster run speed and 500 energy.

By equipping this item, you get 10% life leech on Melee attacks against players, 2.5% life leech against NPCs, +35% movement speed, +500 Energy.
Ghoul is one of the only two races that can be obtained through a quest. This race gives various stat boosts, buffs the user's speed during the night, and allows the player to leech other players' health, making it good for survivability and overall combat effectiveness.
