Open the "Listening Ports" dropdown, then start a new party in the Game Bar app. If successful, the Firewall Status for both "GameBar.exe" rows should be "Allowed, not restricted ". If instead you see "Not Allowed, Not restricted" try rebooting your PC and then checking again.

I've tried from: Uninstalling and installing roblox again, uninstalling and installing multi roblox, removing roblox from background process in task manager.
For a while now, my XBOX gamebar has not been starting up (gamebar is usually accessed by the shortcut windows-key+G). There have been multiple guides that I have followed, but none of them have been able to fix the issue.
The fix: Press the Windows key + R to open the Run command dialog. Type gpedit.msc and hit Enter. In the Local Group Policy Editor window, expand to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Game Recording and Broadcasting.
My Xbox game bar will not open with my shortcut (win+G) or if I manually run it. It is ticked as on in the settings so I don't know why it isn't working. I'm still able to open the Xbox App, but not able to join parties through there as well.

Update Xbox Game Bar app. Open Microsoft Store then Click 3 dots. Select Download and Updates > Update Xbox Game Bar or click Get Updates. 3. Repair Xbox Game Bar.
