I tried downloading a game on my Laptop, AND Desktop. Both times I had this issue, also the download is much slower than my actual Internet speed. I'm guessing it either an account issue, or possibly internet. Even though my laptop is connected wirelessly, and my PC is connected through Ethernet.

30 Δεκ 2019 · I recently purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for PC, but I am having difficulty installing games from either the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store app. I am getting the error '0x803F8001' when attempting to install an app, which occurs immediately after the 'Acquiring License...' step.
After spending several hours today looking for answers, attempting various solutions (from re-installing the Xbox App, Microsoft Store, Windows Game Services, to fixing my registry, luckily hadn't gotten to Windows re-install yet) I finally found the issue and fixed it.
