Log in to the account where the Robux were purchased or earned. Click the Robux icon in the upper right corner. Click your Robux amount. The My Transactions page will load. You can change the different transaction types displayed by selecting the filter option in the upper left such as the ones listed below.

2 Ιουν 2024 · Happening to all of my games. Sales seem abnormally down and do not appear in the transaction log. Confirmed by test purchasing a developer product in-game without it showing up in the log.
You can add and delete payment methods for individual purchases via the Payment Methods tab in Settings on your account or at checkout. Expiration dates are updated automatically in most cases. Payment methods cannot be updated from the Roblox mobile app.
Be sure you're logged into the Roblox account where the purchase was made. If your account doesn't have the purchased products, follow the troubleshooting below. If you purchased with a credit, debit, or gift card, see I still need help below.
As you can see per the included GIF, the billing section is not viewable from the Roblox account settings page. I currently have Roblox premium on two separate accounts, and when I went to cancel my subscription on one of my accounts, the billing tab was completely unavailable.
10 Δεκ 2020 · Trying to access the transaction page doesn’t properly load the page itself and leads to an “500 | An unexpected error occurred” error on the page, this makes it difficult as a user to see my sales, R$ spent, and other important things on the page.
23 Ιουλ 2020 · I sold my Venomshank for 62k a day ago and I was searching for “Venom” through my transactions tab trying to find who bought it from me. I couldn’t find it because the title of the limited never showed up, instead it errored and told me I sold some random shirt (owned by someone else).
