How do I request a refund? For payments made through iTunes, Xbox, Microsoft (Windows App or Xbox), PlayStation, and Amazon, you must contact those providers directly. Roblox is not able to process refunds made through iTunes, Xbox, Microsoft (Windows App or Xbox), PlayStation, and Amazon.

Click RobloxPlayer.exe to run the Roblox installer, which just downloaded via your web browser. Submit a support request to the Roblox Customer Service team for help with billing or account issues.
You could probably get it back if you emailed them about the problem before you tried refunding or show them proof of purchase and proof of never receiving anything in your appeal. Your chances of getting unbanned is slim tbh.
Robux may be removed from an account after a refund request is processed for a related purchase. The user account will be notified via a direct message delivered to the account's Inbox from Roblox.

You must contact Roblox within 30 days of any unauthorized transactions. So don’t delay once identifying the issue! Otherwise you risk being ineligible.
