Following the cutscene you'll be given an Auto-9 Motherboard which unlocks the system. To access the motherboard, open your Skill Tree and select Auto-9 in the menu.

14 Νοε 2023 · There is more than one Auto-9 Motherboard in RoboCop: Rogue City that you can use to modify Murphy's pistol. The best Auto-9 Motherboard by far is the Tier 5.3 board which can be found in the OCP Correctional Facility near the cell where New Guy is supposed to be.

Yeah, I know the Auto 9 (93R) is an auto pistol that is all but impossible to acquire, but someone HAS to make a kit for these. Robocop definitely has a fan base bigger than Resident Evil if I had to guess. However, using the magic of Google, I couldn't find any replica kits.
