Following the cutscene you'll be given an Auto-9 Motherboard which unlocks the system. To access the motherboard, open your Skill Tree and select Auto-9 in the menu.
To answer the question, this would be the best board before NG+. 6.2 is the direct upgrade, though; unlock all the perks let's you select between single, semi, and full auto firing and max out damage, piercing, and spread. I did NG+ and have a 6.3 board.

So far tbis is the best one I was able to get from the ocp board room. Just upgraded some of tbe chips to get these stats for the auto-9 improvements:
