Bingo, Izzi/Rocket is the top DPS, but it has a higher skill floor. Sleeper is much easier. Basically, as a player, you need to train yourself to get the reloads and swaps right. If you are already locked in with them, then just keep rocking Izzi, but if you feel like you'll miss shots of flubb the swap, just stick to Sleeper.
If you're on XBL the destiny lfg is best, for PC and ps5 the destiny app or discord.
1 - Go for multiple raid completions even if you don't need them. 2 - Go for flawless raids & actually do them without dying. This for any raid and not just the ones that have requirements for titles. 3 - Go for 3 man, 2 man or even solo completions. 4 - Start casually speedrunning.

With all the equipment options in RL2, I sometimes don't even know what the best options are. Generally, I don't like the mage classes, so I tend to not equip for them and my stock equipment is the following: drowned weapon +2. Obsidian helm. Drowned chest +2. Obsidian cape.
