- The following persons are, automatically and without exception members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines: (a) A1l lawyers whose names were in the Roll of Attorneys of the Supreme Court as of January 16, 1973; and (b) All lawyers whose names were included or are entered therein after the said date.
