I found out the answer. Make sure you get the 22" penny board, not the 27" board. 3" trucks on the 22" boards, 4" trucks on the 27" boards. The underside is slightly different if you're buying second hand on line so can't measure. I picked up 2 Penny boards for $25AUD each.
We have quad 400s. Been thoroughly impressed since day 1. Boat runs great, doesn’t slam, and is extremely fishable. Most 39ft centerconsoles ride fairly well in my opinion but the front runner separates themselves with fit and finish, as well as unmatched customer service.

They're both very similar, the only differences are the wheels (85A and smaller for roces vs bigger and 82A), and the toe-stops (bolt-in vs adjustable), but the Roces are half the price. Do they last long? I can't find any reviews at all, only one saying it's a nice beginner pair and a post here saying the boot had issues after a week.
