The game was set in a dystopian city and the player zoomed around on rollerblades spray-painting walls as well as people. The player encountered these armored soldiers/police officers, and used the spray-paint to propel themselves away and blind the attackers.
It’s basically a bit like Tony Hawks only you’re a futuristic street gang on skates who have to spray paint everything to get their missions accomplished. You have enemies and you even have to spray paint them.
