Roller pigeon kit boxes. The kit box should be set up to hold 20 birds. It should not be deep so that you can reach in to pick up the bird you want to get. . Make sure the kit box has good ventilation and the birds are kept dry. They must also be kept out of the draft. The size should be 4 feet wide, 4 feet tall and no more then 30 inches deep.
There is included 2 kitboxes and a spare kitbox that I use for starting youngsters and some times separating adults. I had step by step photos, but I lost them, I will draw the plans out for my loft and you are welcome to use them as is or try this site for more ideas. Step #1.

My kit boxes were about 120.00 each to build. That is nails, wood, wire, 4X4 redwood legs, comp roof shingles, caulk and latches. Mine is light but sturdy. Anyway I will send you some photos of mine.

22 Μαρ 2009 · A kit box is a tool, which allows roller enthusiasts to be able to train their birds to fly together, eat together, and be a team. When they are a team, then they perform together, and it is an incredible sight to watch.

These are in units of three and are designed with front access, etc. This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread.
