What does Romans 8:27 mean? Paul has revealed in Romans 8 that the life of a Christian on this side of eternity is one of waiting and longing to be with our God while enduring the suffering of this life.

The Spirit intercedes for us to a God who is searching our hearts (Romans 8:26–27). While we wait, we can also be absolutely sure of one thing: Our God is for us. He is working out every circumstance for our ultimate good.
Romans chapter 8 is one of the most blessed, encouraging and thrilling chapters in the Bible for the person who is "IN CHRIST JESUS" (compare verse 1, verse 39). The chapter begins with NO CONDEMNATION (v.1) and it ends with NO SEPARATION (verses 35-39).
(Romans 8:26-27) God’s help through the Spirit is available to us now. Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Corrected translation thus far of Romans 8:27: “That is, the one who, as an eternal spiritual truth, searches…” Romans 8:27, “And He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.”
