Entities (or Monsters) are the main horror aspects and creatures in the game. They can prevent players' journey in this old office. All of them can be avoided by hiding inside of a Locker, under a Table, or staying out of their sight. These entities will be seen more the deeper you go into the game. Every creature have a different Mechanic.
In total, DOORS has 61 items as of October 24. Players can currently pick up and store a maximum of 6 items into your inventory. however picking up essential items such as Room Keys will bypass this. Players can drop items by pressing X on PC. On mobile, players can drop items by holding the item's inventory icon for an extended period of time.

There are currently 3 different light sources in the game. Each of them has a different unlock method. After you unlock one it will stay unlocked permanently and you will be able to select it in the first room whenever you start a run.
