Rosemead's September 11 Memorial. City Hall Civic Plaza, 8838 E. Valley Boulevard. To commemorate the lives of the nearly 3,000 people who died September 11,2001 the City of Rosemead unveiled “Reflect,” a public sculpture that incorporates a steel beam from the World Trade Center.

Sculpture by artist Heath Satow on the City Hall grounds in Rosemead, CA. Each of the 2,976 individual doves which make up the hands represents the victims of the 9/11 tragedy.
