I have been using 'Rosita' cod liver oil which is supposed to be the purest, my usage has been with the intention of getting the Vitamin D & A in "complete forms" rather than the synthetically derived supplements.

It’s the only extra virgin cod liver oil in the world, processed directly from true Northern cod as the fish come out of icy winter water. No chemicals, refining, filtering, heat or fermentation. Nothing is added. Nothing removed. It’s completely real whole food.
28 Αυγ 2024 · Rosita contains only the natural Vitamins D and A actually in fresh Cod Oil, unlike Green Pasture which contains very little Vitamin D and has a poor A to D ratio. When the Weston Price Foundation did their own testing they found very little D in FCLO.
